Dastali Pronto is a family project where the warmth of Uzbekistan, the refinement of European cooking and recipes from our Slavic ancestors meet.

A warmth we have known since childhood

A love of culture often starts with small things: kitchen aromas, caring hands and the wish to offer someone a meal. The values of hospitality and generosity we grew up with in Uzbekistan still shape how we cook — and how we welcome people.

Keeping our roots, discovering new flavours

Recipes from our Slavic ancestors give us a sense of home. European cooking adds delicacy of flavour and attention to detail. We bring these influences together not for the sake of a label, but because this is how we live: keeping what we love and staying curious about what comes next.

Friends around the world teach us

Many recipes arrive through friendship. Someone shares a technique learned in childhood; someone else offers a treasured family dish. We collect these stories, learn together and share what we discover with care. Our kitchen is an ongoing conversation, not a fixed set of rules.

More than a place to eat

Around a shared table, it can become easier to set tension aside and listen to one another. Good food brings people closer; trusting the experience of friends from different countries helps us see further. We do not know everything — that is why we keep asking, tasting and learning together.

Why we share it

We want to put a little more joy into the world: make something delicious with our hands, share some warmth and invite others to join in. A recipe is more than its ingredients. It holds time, attention and the wish to share the result with someone.
