Privacy and external content
A small family food blog with straightforward choices. Updated 20 October 2026.
Who to contact
This blog is run under the name Dastali Pronto Team · Italy · info@dastalipronto.com. Contact us at this address about your personal data or a privacy request.
Technical cookies
The hosting infrastructure may use security cookies, including Cloudflare’s __cf_bm to distinguish automated traffic. Cloudflare documents a lifetime of 30 minutes of inactivity for this cookie. These are separate from optional YouTube content and are not advertising cookies added by this blog. See the provider’s cookie documentation below.
What happens in your browser
We do not add advertising trackers, behavioural analytics, accounts, comments or a newsletter. Recipe search, filters and ingredient checkboxes work in your browser. Fonts and food photographs are served by the website. Our contact form only prepares an email: it does not upload the text or send a message automatically.
Hosting and security
The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Delivering and protecting the site can involve technical information such as IP address, browser details, request time and security logs. We use these services to operate and secure the blog, based on our legitimate interests. Provider retention and any international processing are described in their privacy notices linked below; we do not promise that infrastructure logs are absent or stored only in the EU.
YouTube is your choice
No embedded YouTube player is loaded until you choose to enable it. Enabling it connects your browser to Google/YouTube, which may receive IP address, device and viewing information. The privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com player does not mean no data processing. You can instead follow a direct YouTube link. Your choice to enable the embedded player is the basis for this optional connection.
Changing your choice
“Disable YouTube” removes active players. We do not remember that choice across pages. Disabling stops new player requests but does not erase information already received by Google. External social links lead to services with their own privacy notices.
When you write to us
Emails to info@dastalipronto.com are received using Proton Mail. We use your sender address, message and any information you choose to include to reply and manage the enquiry, based on our legitimate interests in communicating with readers and editors. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up or applicable legal obligations. Please do not send sensitive or unnecessary personal information. We do not publish a submitted story, recipe or your personal details without discussing publication with you.
Your choices and rights
You can contact info@dastalipronto.com to request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or withdraw optional consent. Portability may apply where its legal conditions are met. You may complain to the Italian Garante or another competent supervisory authority. A request to withdraw consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. No automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made by this blog.
