DASTALI PRONTO / Editorial principles

How we cook, photograph and explain

A beautiful picture should lead to a recipe you can follow. These are the principles behind Dastali Pronto.

01

First-hand cooking

Recipes are based on our filmed preparations and confirmed quantities. Dish and process photographs come from the corresponding recipe. Editorial brand imagery is not presented as a step from another dish.

02

Clear adaptations

Mozzarella instead of suluguni or yogurt instead of matsoni is labelled as an alternative. Ingredients vary across countries; we explain the substitution without presenting it as the only traditional method.

03

No invented credentials

We do not add fabricated ratings, reviews, awards or nutrition claims. Cooking times vary with equipment and size; useful doneness cues matter more than an unrealistic promise of speed.

04

Safety matters

Check product labels for allergens. Concentrated vinegar, hot oil and open flames require care. An unvalidated preserving method is not presented as suitable for unrefrigerated storage.

05

Corrections and transparency

Contact our public email to suggest a correction. Any future sponsored or affiliate content must be clearly labelled. The current site is a personal blog, not a shop.
